Texas Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education (TADOHE) presents our fifth annual summit hosted at Texas Christian University in Ft. Worth, Texas on July 11-12, 2025.

As supporters and advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion in Texas, we are navigating a new terrain in higher education due to the passage of Senate Bill 17 and the overturning of Affirmative Action. At this summit, we hope to learn about cutting-edge research regarding the sociopolitical climate, learn from practitioners in the fields who are navigating this work, and lastly, the legal ramifications of this legislation.

Our summit theme is Inclusive Leadership: Persevering with a New Perspective

Higher Education is facing a polarized landscape so let's navigate it together! We invite you to join us for our summit event on beginning on Friday, July 11 with our networking mixer.
